How we make money

When you follow a booking link (a site under “Check prices”) and then book, the booking site may pay us a commission. You don’t pay more because of it.

Commission never changes the order

Places are never ordered by what a site pays us. A site that pays more is not moved up, and a site that pays nothing is not moved down. How we compare has the rules.

What happens when you click

Booking links go through a short redirect on our site (addresses starting with /go/). It records that a click happened (which place, which site, which page and when, and if you came from an AI assistant, which one) under a random reference number, then sends you on to the booking site. If the site runs an affiliate programme, the same reference is added to the link so a booking can be matched to the click.

Airbnb

The “Also check Airbnb” links on villa and apartment pages are plain links. We earn nothing from them.
