In each group, villas come before apartments, and places with an English name before those whose name we spelled out from Thai. Within each of those, the places nearest its landmark (Tonsai Pier) come first.
So a nearer place can sit lower in the list. Distances are straight lines on OpenStreetMap data, not walking routes.
